1. Services Provided

Bluebonnet Massage offers professional massage therapy in Dallas, TX, including services such as Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, Thai massage, couples massage, and relaxation treatments. All services are delivered by licensed massage therapists trained in their specialty.

Our massages are for stress relief, muscle tension, and general well-being. We do not provide medical treatments, and our services do not replace care from a licensed physician.

2. Appointments & Booking

• Appointments can be scheduled online, by phone, or in person.
• Walk-ins are welcome based on therapist availability.
• Clients must provide accurate contact information to confirm appointments.
• We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to emergencies or staffing needs.

3. Cancellations & Late Arrivals

• Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 3 hours in advance.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged up to 50% of the service fee.
• Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have a shortened session or may be rescheduled.

4. Professional Conduct

• All massages are strictly professional and therapeutic.
• Inappropriate behavior or language will result in session termination without refund and possible legal action.
• Clients must treat staff with respect at all times.

5. Health & Safety

• Clients must notify their therapist of any injuries, health concerns, or sensitivities before the session.
• Clients with symptoms of illness may be asked to reschedule their appointment.
• We maintain a clean and safe environment and follow all health regulations for your safety.

6. Refund Policy

• No refunds are issued for completed services.
• If you are unhappy with your experience, please speak with our front desk or manager before leaving.
• Refunds for prepaid services may be granted if canceled more than 24 hours in advance.

7. Gift Cards & Payments

• All major credit cards, debit cards, and cash are accepted.
• Gift cards must be presented at the time of service and are not redeemable for cash.
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.
